Description of how to exercise, to reduce lower back or hip pain when exercising the Illiac Psoas, also referred to as Psoas Muscle. This exercise will not only strengthen the Illiac Psoas Muscle, but also reduce, and at times cure lower back pain. The exercise must be done up to 30 seconds, with breaks of the same time limit in between. The ideal time to do these is at night before bed, and in the morning, before the day starts.
